Led the creation and implementation of a design system for an L1 blockchain using Figma, integrated with a Next.js project. Standardized the user interface across five decentralized applications (dApps) including trading platforms, lending/borrowing services, stable-coin minting, AMMs, and a governance system. Completed the design system within a four-week period, demonstrating strong ownership and project management skills. Developed the foundational versions of all five dApps over the subsequent four months, showcasing technical expertise and commitment to quality. Navigated product design challenges with resilience, established a feedback pipeline for continuous stakeholder engagement, and ensured a transparent, inclusive design process.
